    Xbox 360 TenPlay and ABC IVIEW Error


    I am on my Xbox 360 that has YouTube and Netflix downloaded that run fine on the console. I recently downloaded TenPlay and ABC Iview and once they are opened, they both pop up with ‘ERROR: Sorry, Network (Ten or Iview) Server isn’t available right now. Please try again later. For more information, go to www.xbox.com/status.’

    I have cleared cache, restarted my console many times, deleted and logged back into my profile, uninstalled and reinstalled the apps many times and nothing seems to work. I’ve asked Xbox Experts on their Web Chatting option and they’re only solution was to ask on the Forums. Is there anyone who could possibly help me with this issue?

    So, ABC Iview app, was discontinued in 2018 on the 360.

    As for the TenPlay, there's no official news regarding if it's still active or not, but, it is worth to mention that this app is available to use only in Australia.

    I wouldn't mind ABC iView it is on the Xbox 360 but not on the Xbox One yet.

    It appears that the ABC iView upon launch will retrieve an error when loading.

    Our suggestion here, attempt to follow our How to clear the cache on Xbox 360 article to clear up unused data, and if after

    Considering the fact that you have Netflix under your account activity,I'd assume your account is not an Australian one,so as Hassassinade said,you will be unable to find or use ABC iView.
