    What region is it set to? Make sure you buy that game that is set in your region. Make sure your country to set to where you live in along with the language settings.

    If the game was purchased in another region and has a lock there is nothing you can do. Changing your region to say you are somewhere you are not isn't allowed and it always causes additional problems down the road.

    All the xbox 360 console sets region locked, like dvd players. They only play the chips of the games meant for their region, if you bought a copy from a different region it won't work. Try contacting the store you bought it from for a refund.

    Region locked games was such an old outdated hindrance. Glad they've done away with it.
