Clear the console cache this way:

1. Press the XBOX button on the controller, go to "Settings" and select "System Settings".

2. Select "Storage".

Note: It doesn't matter what storage device you select. This will clear all storage devices from the cache.***

3. On the Device Options screen, select Clear System Cache.

I am experiencing the same problem;

If I then troubleshoot, it seems my device is restricted. this happened 2days ago and I didn't take serious until now. please assist were possible.
