Xbox 360 Successful login then error 8015190A on profile download.

Decided to pull the old Xbox 360 out of mothball and set it up for the wee little ones to use so they don't destroy the newer consoles.

Updated console OS to newest version, try to login in with profile that has been on the system since day one and it is unable to connect to Xbox live.

All downhill from here...

Delete profile.

Login, successfully.

Choose main profile to download. (The one with all the digital games)

Fails at 10% and throws 8015190A Error.

Clear system cache, reboot. Repeat above, 8015190A Error.

Edit and save both old and new avatars on Xbox one. Repeat above, 8015190A Error.

Edit and save both old and new avatars on PC apps. Repeat above, 8015190A Error.

Edit gamer pics. Repeat above, 8015190A Error.

Try logins with and with out two factor authentication and one time passwords. Repeat above, 8015190A Error.

Format Xbox 360. Repeat above, 8015190A Error.

Connect Xbox 360 directly to modem, repeat the entire list above, 8015190A Error.

Check MS account online and see all logins are successful.

Account works fine everywhere else, XboxOne, PC, Minecraft, Apps. It's just the profile won't download to the Xbox360.

Any suggestions?

Xbox live service is green across all checks and I can log in and play on other hardware. It's a profile/Xbox360 issue where the profile won't download so I can't even play digital content.

I've disabled F2A, tried everything I've read in the forums, and still can't re-download my profile on my XBOX 360. it starts go download bug then shows this error code. 8015190A

It never says there's a problem with the server! Like I said in my thread, I've had this and similar errors three times this year. Why are people still being told to delete their profiles, change router settings, and switch ISPs? How difficult is it for Microsoft to be transparent and stop letting volunteers offer up the same useless troubleshooting steps?

Do they just keep switching the error code slightly so we can pretend this isn't an issue with their servers? Oh, it's your login details. Oh, it's the router. Oh, it's the ISP. Oh, your profile is corrupt.

Yeah, and each time the problem fixes itself. Nice one.

I am with nearly everyone in this thread. I tried to log on this afternoon to play for a bit and I got the 8015190A error everyone else is getting. I, too, tried to follow the instructions on that support page of deleting the profile, clearing cache 3 times,
rebooting, ect. and the same error keeps happening. I check my network connection and everything is fine. At this point, I have an Xbox 360 with no profile that has a perfect network connection, that cannot download my profile. When I try to do so, it begins
to download and says "Hi ! Now downloading profile..." and then gets the 8015190A error saying "Sorry, Xbox Live Profiles cannot be downloaded right now. Try again later." This is after about 6 hours of trying to log in on and off.
