    I've always had an issue with my Xbox 360 when downloading, signing in or just general network loading. It's always been very very slow. When I do the network test via wifi I have latency 890, over LAN a latency of 260. Upload and download speeds are correct (1mbs, 50mbs). I have game pass ultimate that I really want to use, but just signing in takes forever and I've never managed to see anything game pass on my xbox. I've tried everything and all settings. Can it be my rooter (firewall or something)? Never really used my xbox because of this. I'm a PC gamer, but what a waste.

    Your connection from the xbox 360 console to the live servers is visibly restricted, this error is very common.

    To solve this problem, just follow this process

    So you just need to configure your internet devices now.

    They are unconfigured, so have access restrictions, causing these errors.

    If you do not have knowledge, I advise you to contact the ISP that they will do for you

    set a fixed ip for the console/PC, open the ports described below, disable and enable the UPnP function and disable the modem firewall, if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

    Put console/PC IP in DMZ zone.

    Port 88 (UDP)

    Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 80 (TCP)

    Port 500 (UDP)

    Port 3544 (UDP)

    Port 4500 (UDP)

    You can ask ISP(Internet Service Provider) for help

    1. Is your xbox the only device on internet ? (try to shut the other down and look if it helps)

    2. Wifi or lan ? (by wifi connect with lan to your modem)

    Internet Problems

    The Xbox 360 internal wireless adapters do not support 5Ghz wifi bands, only 2.4Ghz.

    The Black Xbox 360 external N wifi adapter supports 5Ghz.

    5Ghz may support higher bandwidth (only helpful for LAN transfers and fiber/gigabit connections) but 2.4Ghz has more range.

    Set a laptop's Mac address to be the same as the xbox. Leave the xbox off. Open the internet on the laptop and get past the hotel login page. Disconnect the laptop from hotel wifi or Lan cable. Power on the Xbox and connect it to the hotel wifi or lan. I
    had to use the lan cable because I couldn't change the mac address on my laptop wifi port, only the lan port. Then everything worked great. Played Destiny for hours with no problems.

    you can skip wifi set up with a LAN connection, else you'll have to connect to wifi.
