Xbox 360 Software Update Keeps Failing to Proccess

I have an Xbox 360 Slim Gloss console, that will not let me connect to xbox live because it says that I have a system update, but once the update completes it says Update failed, Can’t process the update, status code: 396B-4476-1380-2446-C800-1006, which
can not be found anywhere online or on the microsoft error search. I have already tried clearing my cache, removing the hard drive, using a usb flashdrive, downloading the files from online, etc, and nothing is working. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Try a full restore of the console the install back all and i hope that resolve all

Solutions

Turn off your console.
Remove all storage devices, including any USB flash drives, external hard drives, or the internal hard drive on the Xbox 360 E console or the Xbox 360 S console. ...
Add your primary storage device; for example, the hard drive.
Turn on the console.
Try updating the console again.
