    If you download the xbox 360 games from any device other than a xbox 360 you need a credit/debit card linked to your account.

    You lied, I redeemed Slime Rancher w/o payment option.
    Slime Rancher is an Xbox One game.

    Have you tried plugging in the console to a different power outlet? I'm afraid red ring of death is an indication that the console needs a service but it's no longer under the manufacturer warranty though.
