Xbox 360 Skyrim won't load.

I have Skyrim and I tried many things to fix it and I deleted all the saved files but when I start it all I can see the Bethesda logo and the press start and the white smoke also I can hear the music but I cant see the Skyrim logo and when I press start
and press new game it'll load to a black screen with white smoke and music but there isn't anything else and it just stays like this.

Also I have a Xbox 360.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this is gunking up the works. I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the game if possible. If that does not do the trick, I suggest then rolling
back your console's update (solution 7 of Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console) and trying after that.

Now I cleared my system cache and my saved game in skyrim won't load, I've had it loading for over an hour.

You have a couple options.

1. Try clearing your cache

2. Sign out of xboxlive then load Skyrim. Once the game loads properly, then sign back into xboxlive.

3. Your 360 could be dying. Try your Skyrim disc in another 360 to see if it works.
