    so, please give more informations. is your harddrive ok or is it broken?

    is it the original hdd or a 3rd party?

    Maybe a corrupted hard drive. Also you my not have enough space on your 360 core memory

    I can still play games after a restart

    and connect to xbox live but the only game that Froze while saving is the sims 3

    Could you elaborate a bit more on what is currently occurring with your console?

    Are you not able to play games or launch apps anymore on your console after a restart?

    Are you still able to connect to Xbox Live? It might be worth checking out the

    Xbox 360 Screen Freeze Solution     article and see if some of these troubleshooting techniques work for you.
