So my xbox 360 silm that I love has a issue, The fan won't spin even of it's super hot!

Yeah, and don’t use it, or you will completely break it. It is also true that you can easily find a 360 E or S way under 100 bucks

If you are planning on using another Xbox 360, you could potentially
transfer your hard drive over to another console.

Additionally, you could also
copy or transfer your save data to an USB flash drive.

If you are planning on upgrading to an Xbox One, you can move your save data to the

Cloud storage so that you can use it on your
backwards compatible games.

We appreciate you coming to the Community Forum with your issue with the Fan in your 360. Something you can try in is you have a heavy blower - blow inside the slots to see if it is blocked by dust and vacuum it at the same time. Apart from that is if the
fan has stopped working if you continue to play it it will get hot and then you risk the Red ring of Death, which you don't want. You may need to have the console looked at and the fan replaced.
