    I'm having the same issue trying to sign in on my 360. I'm trying the 2FA method, but the error appears after I enter my email, and it doesn't give me the option to enter a password.

    I don’t use outlook I use Gmail. Do the games have something to do with this?

    The problem I am having is that as soon as I enter my email for my MS account I can;t ever get to the password point...it gives me the 0815000A error after I enter email....so all the password fixes don't work because I can't make it to that point.
