    I have 2 xbox one and a Xbox 360 I don't have any issue of services on my xbox one's and the whole Internet in my house is just work well without any

    problem at all.. just when I tested xbox live on my xbox 360 it's show's me that's everything is ok but I have service issue.. I don't have It on any xbox but just on this xbox I have this problem.. Anyone know the solution of Ita?
    please contact with me and help me with this because I really don't know what to do about it!

    Xbox 360 Twitch app will not play streams

    I have this exact issue with Twitch and Amazon Prime Video on Xbox 360. When I test my connection it says there is a service alert, but there are no service alerts on Xbox.com. It's been a persisting issue for weeks now and there seems to be no fix.

    There is an Xbox Live Service Alert for Social aspects on Xbox One and Xbox 360. It has been going on for along time and everyone is experiencing it. It is not just you. Hopefully this issue is resolved soon. Check up on the Xbox Live Service Alert for updates.

    Hello Eliad,

    If you haven't already, try resetting the network settings to factory defaults :

    1. Press the Guide button on your controller, select Settings, and select
      System Settings.
    2. Select Network Settings.
    3. Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network when the network list is displayed.
    4. Select Configure Network.
    5. On the Additional Settings tab, select
      Restore to Factory Defaults. When prompted, select
      Yes, Restore to Factory Defaults.
      Note This resets the console's network settings only, and not other settings.
      1. Turn off your console.
      2. Turn on your console.

        Wireless only: You will have to re-set up your wireless network and re-enter the password.
