xbox 360 service error - 807B0193

Need help with this error.

Can't find the error on the website. Signs in fine. Happens when try to play Netflix or Hulu. Worked fine yesterday. No updates were done on the Xbox since it last worked.

Cleared memory cache.

Tech support person that called was not helpful. Said she had no idea what to do.

i can't access my hulu or netflix apps on my xbox 360 - I get an error code that is not recognized (807B0193). It says there's a problem with the Xbox service. Is anyone having this issue?

The Stranger Things virus hahaha I get it. Netflix did this.

Hi

Alot of people are having the same issue as you. This may or may not help but when you try to launch an app dont't use the shortcut. Go to your Apps and then select the app you want you use. I saw someone who was having the same issue as you and they
stated they did this method and it worked. Hopefully, it works for you!
