xbox 360 service alert and disconnecting and reconnecting xbox live account

i keep having connection problems and not being able to play because the system keeps getting hacked im wondering if xbox is going to actually fix this problem so they stop getting hacked and its customers keep lossing connect or if they plan on doing anything
for their loyal customers which ive been for over 7yrs now as a thank you for their support or an apology for their services .... i understand its a select group of people hacking the system but how many techs and everyone else they have working for what a
3.5 billion dollar company at least could try to do something a lil faster about it or resolve the issue sooner ....
