Xbox 360 saves to Xbox One help

I have an issue with copying files from the Xbox 360 to Xbox One.

For example, I couldn't copy save files from Fable 3 to the cloud. I could only move them.

So I moved save files 1 and 2 (Hero 1 and Hero 2).

Hero 2 has been moved succesfully. Hero 1... That's where the issue comes in.

I also cannot copy/move certain Downloaded content or DLC. Also with this some DLC has been partially moved succesfully.

When I play Fable 3 on the Xbox One (before and after the moving files), there would be this dummy hero in slot 1 with about 1,5 hour playtime on it, I do not recognise that file whatsoever or even the date I so-called had last played/saved that file. That's
why I call it a 'dummy' file or a placeholder file. It's annoying.

I keep getting that 'dummy' slot which automatically fills in on my Xbox One when starting up Fable 3. Even if I delete it from the Manage Games And Add-Ons, it re-appears after starting the game up again every time.

At least Hero 2 has loaded succesfully, but my Hero 1 save seems to be stuck in the cloud and cannot -for whatever reason- be downloaded/uploaded/whatever onto my Xbox One.

I redeemed a Gold Membership code a friend gave ma a while ago to finally sort this stuff out to move the saves to the cloud. Now I feel it's been wasted, becauase I really only cared for the save of Hero 1.

Please help me get Hero 1 onto the Xbox One and the remaining DLC/Downloded content.
