I recommend you to RGH it.

You can them play with other players with RGH (LiNK) and run ANY GAME FOR FREE!

RGH is really awesome and pretty cheap (i have got my xbox 360 trinity with rgh for 3000CZK-97USD)

I don't see any reason why you should stay with stupid xbox live shi t

If you are talking about a modified console, we cannot help you with issues with your Xbox 360.

I got scammed by someone impersonating Microsoft

I started looking into it a bit more and Teapot Live appers to be a actual working service for Xbox 360 modded rgh / jtag. There a similar site xbls ninja.

No one will be able to help you with that as it is a modified console which is against the terms of service and code of conduct.
