Xbox 360 Prolfile Download

The profile it downloads is the 360 version of the current profile you use for the Xbox One. It will be the same email and password you use on the account you're using now.

The 360 worked a bit differently to the Xbox One. They're not two separate accounts.

The Xbox 360 had issues with certain types of passwords and lengths.

My advice would be to change it to under 11 characters (ignore the 16 it says in the error message for now). Making sure that you also don't use any special characters such as # ~ ? /.

Once you change the password you will be required to sign in with new one on the Xbox One, so keep a note of it and if in doubt check you have an alternative email address and mobile number (you can get resets via SMS) you can use to easily reset a forgotten password.

I have tried using my email and password for my account but when I do it comes up with a 'That password didn't work.' error message It's not because of my password length because it is between 6-16 characters

The problem was because my password had a space in it

well at least it works now

That's weird because once it downloaded on the Xbox One it automatically downloads on the 360 as well check on the download pending on the 360 if game is downloading.
