[XBOX 360] Profile Gamerscore, Progression in Games etc. Have All Been Reset?

Sorry to hear about your account issues, let me see if I can help.

So as for missing progression. The only thing I can think of that would cause this level of progression going missing is if the account itself was deleted at some point in the past. We would have allowed up to 120 days to prevent this from happening but based on the accounts age of 11+ years, this would have come and gone. One thing to keep in mind is that the account itself could not have been deleted without express permission from the account owner and several security checks to give the okay to make it happen.

One other thing that might have happened is that there might just be multiple accounts involved here. Something to the effect of the emails being very close to each other that they can easily be mistaken for each other and the account that has been logged in is just not the correct email address. I would recommend to double and triple check this if possible because that would mean your gaming history is still out there just waiting for you to log in with it.

A quick look at the op's profile will tell you they haven't had a Gamerscore reset.They still have xbox 360 achievements from a few years ago.

If it was a Gamerscore reset all of their 360 games achievements would of been reset.

Looks like you have been a victim of a bug that's been going around.I've dealt with a few people who have had the same thing & their Gamerscore corrected itself after a few days.

You can try removing your profile & re downloading it but if that doesn't work just wait a few days,if it hasn't corrected itself by then post back.

It's possible you might have a gamerscore reset as the achievements have not been unlocked legitimately.

If this happens all your xbox 360 games achievements will be reset & you will not be able to unlock them again on that profile.

I just checked your profile and it shows that you have the same amount of achievements/gamerscore in both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One versions.

The reason it unlocks the achievements is because your characters are available on both consoles, so the moment it loads up your character, it validates your progress and unlocks the appropriate achievements.

Unfortunately, there is no way for you to reset your achievement progress. Microsoft only resets players gamerscore completely if they are caught violating the Terms of Use (gaining gamerscore via illegitimate ways, such as modding).

thanks man support had me reset my console and it didnt come back so I guess im waiting a few days.
