    Hello! I unfortunately cant download my Xbox profile to my Xbox 360. When entering my email, it gives the errorcode 8015D000. Logging in on my Xbox One works just fine.

    I suspect it has something to do with my email aliases. I encountered a question on this website describing the issue I have: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/all/xbox-360-profile-download/2056ee58-9715-4ba4-8fa1-5d64e509eca3?page=1 . A while ago I changed my primary alias. I changed it from my regular @LIVE.nl into my new @outlook.com alias. Now when I try to change it back it gives an error. I tried everything on the regular error code page, I don’t know what to do.

    To let someone else use the content license, you must download your Xbox Live profile to their Xbox 360 console. Then, transfer your content licenses to that Xbox 360 console.

    After you transfer your content, other profiles can use the content on that console.
