    XBOX 360 - profile change issues - XBOX freezes


    Hi,

    We are using an XBOX 360 and are facing, first of all, slow loading / initializing when starting the console. Once running, the XBOX freezes / blocks when trying to activate another profile. No other action but a cold restart can be performed.

    We are looking for any help or support to resolve this bug.

    I had the same Issue with my xbox 360 and with my Xbox one.

    Frome day to another the game freezes in the main menu,360 and one.

    I started it with a second profile and it worked.

    I deleted my profile and redownloaded it, but it did not work too.

    Give the steps in that guide a shot, and hit us back with answers to these questions too. They'll help us pinpoint the issue:

    1. Do other games experience similar freezing issues?
    2. Do you have any accessories attached to the console, such as 3rd party headsets or a capture card/PVR?
    3. Is there any change if you play the game while the hard drive is removed?
    4. Can you try playing the game on a different profile? If so, what's the result?
