Hi my name quincy and my gammer tag is qdsondeck i have been in the preview program since April and can not access the preview forums.

Since you're posting in the Xbox One support forums, I assume you mean that you can't access the Xbox One preview forums? In this case, you will have to wait for a support staff member to grant you access manually.

no i mean Xbox 360 i contacted Xbox customer support and the told me to post here. they gave me this link and told me to post here.
