    XBOX 360 Pre-paid code has already been redeemed.


    I purchased a Tomb Raider pre-paid XBOX 360 Full Game Download card for my son for Christmas. When we attempted to download the game from XBOX Live (entered the code) there was insufficient storage space on the XBOX to complete the download.

    We have since purchased further storage, now when we try to download the game it comes up with the message: "Code has already been redeemed" and we can't download the game.

    Would appreciate any assistance with downloading the game again please.

    Redeeming the code, means you got the license for the game, and you can redownload it. Go to your "Settings" tab, then select "Account", then select "Download History", and then click on the game and re-download it. I'm pretty sure you'll be able to find
    the game over there. Just scroll down if you don't see it at the start. Or if you don't want any confusion, you can search up the game on the Xbox Store, and see if it says "Download Again".

    I redeemed a pre paid code for xbox one when I go on to my profile i can see it there and it has been accepted but if I go into a game to use it it says it is not there.

    You say that your son has this Xbox 360 since 2014. Doesn't that mean that he has an account on that Xbox already? If so, then all that should have happened was to redeem that code on the Xbox 360 while signed into the account he already has. If you
    created a different account to redeem the code onto, then he would lose any game progress and/or purchases he had with the pre-existing account.
