    Xbox 360 operating system issue


    Hello,

    My Xbox 360 have an issue with starting, i power it up it gives me a single green light which is the middle one however there is no signal coming i waited for more than 10 minutes yet nothing, i tried the pair button it leads me to a blue screen where some coding and trying to find files commands appear then by the end of the page there is errors coming.

    i left the blue screen one for about 15 minutes but my Xbox is not working !!

    This seems to be an issue of a failing Hard drive. It's a hardware issue and the console will need to be repaired. However before that, you can try performing an offline on the device to see if that troubleshoot the issue.

    Bears, the very different operating system ('Dashboard') of the Xbox 360 can't host Windows trojan malware, that is definately not the cause of the issue.

    You would need to do a system update and this would update any apps like this that are part of the operating system.

    Thank you for coming by the Xbox forums. Where have you seen that the Xbox One has 3 operating systems? As far as I know the Xbox One only has a single operating system since all of the support articles refer to a single operating system and not "operating
    systems" as in plural.

    The Xbox One updates it's operating system periodically every 1-3 months, it just depends on the work the preview team does with testing system update builds and fixing known issues. You can find the operating system versions and the dates they were released
