Xbox 360 on devices page

I sign into xbox 360 with my microsoft account. However from devices page I can only see my phone and laptop, no mention of the xbox. Need to access the xbox online to reset pass key as I've forgotten it..

Anyone know how to 'force' devices page to recognise/see the xbox?

Half way down the page to the right of the green box. If nothing in there helps there are more links on the far right of the page.

That error code can be found at the support.xbox.com website at this link:

support.xbox.com/.../system-update-help.aspx

Please try step #5 at the top of the page to update using a USB device or a cd/dvd.

 

You can manually
add a device from here, you can find the SN on the back of the console.

Thanks so much for the reply - it helped me understand what the next issue is! It seems the xbox is registered but is listed as 'out of support' so it won't show on the main page. Going to try deleting and re-adding (if I can) but it may not be possible
to access it online to do the pass code reset process.. the joys of having a very old xbox model!

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue trying to reset your parental pass code.

If you're having trouble with our device support listing your information on the browser you're currently using, then I would try another.
