    XBOX 360 not recognizing my email and password.


    Bought XBOX GOLD LIVE and went to log in to download my profile and it says my credentials are wrong. I can log into Microsoft and XBOX account just fine. I have been on the phone 4 times with tech support and they don't know how to fix. Please help or I
    need a refund for XBOX GOLD LIVE.

    Its telling me email and password are incorrect. My email and password work just fine on my phone and my xbox one. My gamer profile is still on my 360 also. It just wont recognize my email or password! ?

    My account was attacked by a hacker, but managed to recover and now my password no longer recognized Standing on Xbox 360, only my email address from microsoft acknowledges it.

    Also, you did not originally mention that your tag was not in your possession the whole time. If the link prideloss provided you does not work you will have to contact phone support to open an Unauthorized Access Ticket in order to completely free up your
    gamertag.

    yes it is, you Need the app Password on your 360 instead of your common Password, or you deactivate it again
