Xbox 360 network connection failed

What point do you reach when the connection fails? Please perform another network test for both and select ‘Test Xbox Live Connection’ (not Network Statistics or any other test), then when it fails, go through any suggestions. These would indicate the possible reason(s) for this error with various ways to resolve it.

If you don’t see any suggestions, post back and we can go through all the possibilities for this network error here.

At what point exactly does it reach in the network test when the connection fails? Can you share a photo of it here?
