Hi!

Dear helping hands,

I’m having an issue accessing my Xbox live account referring to (Mod Removed)

Console number: (Mod Removed)

✓ We tried many solutions we have found on the net.

✓ Including major ones here: resetted account password, had a clean install on the console, made sure the account is not banned. Network connection is stable.

✓ However we find out by creating a new profile, Xbox live service works without facing any problems.

It seems that you're having trouble accessing your Xbox Live account. Since you've already tried resetting your account password, had a clean install on the console, and made sure the account is not banned, it seems like the issue might be with your profile.

Since you mentioned that Xbox Live service works without any problems when you create a new profile, I would suggest trying to delete your current profile and then creating a new one. Here are the steps to do that:

1. Press the Guide button on your controller.

2. Go to Settings, and then select System Settings.

3. Select Storage or Memory.

4. Highlight the storage device that contains your profile, and then press A.

5. Select Profiles, and then select the profile that you want to delete.

6. Select Delete, and then select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

7. After the profile is deleted, select Close.

8. Create a new profile by going to the Guide button, selecting Sign In, and then selecting Create Profile.
