Xbox 360 "My Pins" not working.

Hello! For more than a month I have been observing the problem that the “my pins” section does not work on the Xbox 360. All the games that were pinned have disappeared somewhere. Also, I can't add games to a pin. What's the matter? Why does not it work?

I have the same problem with pins. It feels like MS completely ignores the 360 nowadays and doesn't care if a feature works or not.

I understand you need help with your Xbox problem.

You can try updating the console again by deleting the update to check if this helps.

Go to your Settings>>All settings>>Storage>>highlight your storage>>Press LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X and hit yes when prompted to reset.

This should delete the console update and update it again.

Kinda sux cause I had both Xbox systems but just turned on my 360 today just to deal with "no pins available". 360 pins are fine lol

Hey mate, I actually didn't even know you could pin stuff on the 360, but sure enough you can. I can't find any reason or similar issue as to why Netflix isn't allowing you to pin it, same goes for the websites. I can only suggest to make sure you have pinned
them correctly by following the steps here:
support.xbox.com/.../my-pins

I was able to resolve this issue by logging onto my Xbox 360 and deleting pins. They were maxed out at 200. Deleted all pins and now I can pin from anywhere including the console and Xbox app.
