Xbox 360 MFR Date 2009

Have Xbox 360 MFR Date 2009 console in great shape. I haven't played in a while. Want to now but can't get passed "blocked by Family Settings pass code", that I DID NOT set up. HELP!

Been on the phone with Microsoft a couple of hours.

Click on the console on the devices page and then on ''reset password''

Device is registered, do not have “console button” to click on. No place to reset password on computer.

This is what I can’t get passed. I don’t have the code and I didn’t set this up.

I can get to “reset pass code” on the Xbox 360 console but can’t reset pass code.

Then click on the console and then on ''reset password'' and follow the steps that appear on the screen.
