xbox 360 messaging

I'm having this problem as well. Would love to find a solution. Frequently I will send messages to people I am in a party with and they will never receive them. They send messages to me and I don't receive them either. Occasionally I will get them after
a half hour to two hours later, with time stamps of when they actually sent them.

For me for the last week or so, about 90% of the time I have been unable to send text or voice messages using the Guide on my 360. I am an actively-subscribed member of Live Gold too. It is a pretty generic error message, no code is provided, just says
it couldn't send and check xbox.com/support which is of no particular help. My only reliable method of texting has been using my smartphone/smartglass app to send messages with the XBox 360 App. Please fix!

an adult account? Be sure to let us know the results RTFDestroyer!

The problem fixed itself (kinda) I can only receive the messages on the Xbox app but can now send messages on my Xbox 360 so how do i start recieving messages on my Xbox 360
