Xbox 360 marketplace website

Since you can only purchase the Left 4 Dead games on an Xbox 360 or the Xbox 360 marketplace website, you can only use the gift card on the Xbox 360 to purchase the game, as the Xbox 360 marketplace website does not have the option to pay with the Xbox gift card.

The Xbox 360 marketplace website requires billing information even for free purchases. The Xbox One marketplace does not. That is why you could get Thief. The only way to make "free" Xbox 360 purchases is either on an Xbox 360 console or with your billing
information on the website. Sorry.

Sometimes the purchases on the Xbox 360 marketplace won't go through because the payment info is different. The Xbox 360 marketplace and Xbox One marketplace are separate so if you are making the purchase from the website, then it won't go through. Try to
make the purchase directly on the Xbox 360 or go into settings and try to ensure that the regions/payment info is lining up for both. I have the same issue with buying on the Xbox 360 website as well and I can only buy from the Xbox directly.

Please note the xbox one and 360 marketplace isnt the same are you switching to the uk from the 360 website?

9 months ago I complained about how the XBOX 360 Markeplace Website (on PC) didn't work when I buy a game (https://answers.microsoft.com/it-it...e/2a1ce396-f411-4464-b12f-702d6d76bbfc?page=2).

Today, I'm trying to buy Dante's Inferno for XBOX 360 from PC and the problem persists!

Please Microsoft fix it or delete it if you don't want to maintain the website anymore. It's ridicolous.

Btw the fix to this problem is NOT to buy from console, I want to buy from PC.

Are you getting you must buy from an xbox 360 or adjust your settings ?

If so your only other option other then an xbox 360 is use an adult account as the xbox one doesnt count as a xbox 360
