Xbox 360 Market place is broken, all purchases stay "processing" indefinitely

For a few months, every time I want to buy something from the Xbox 360 marketplace or benefit for the Games with Gold offering, I have no luck on the website, I can only do it from the console physically.

This happens regardless of OS language, store language, payment method (credit card, paypal, freshly added credit card), web browser used and even the same happens on my two Android phones... I tried all.

But I'm frequently travelling for long periods and I don't want to miss out on the GwG offers.

I've debugged the HTML code and the problem is related with the price. When the price have decimals, the coma crashes the request and this gives the "infinite loop". Could someone fix it please?

No, it's not working, I would like to buy Sonic & Knuckles from ages with no results.

Have had some issues with browsers etc like others have said check privacy cookie settings and different browsers

It solves?Because I tried all these without any results.

Has anybody got an answer from MS regarding this issue? Now there are a lot of people (and 25 have the same question) is it possible to push this thread towards microsoft so they will finally fix the missing file?... Or do they know the error and
don't want it to be fixed for some strange reason. I think i have to lend me a xbox 360 to buy the games :-D

The best place to push it forward to Microsoft would be with
the Xbox Feedback process here. These forums here are mostly for support and discussion and is a good starting point to flesh these ideas out and then get your support via the feedback process.
