Xbox 360 Live won't work...

I signed in on my Xbox One with my email address first, and I'm trying to figure out a way to sign in with the same address on the Xbox 360 to move my game files over.

I've tried downloading the account, signing in and signing up for a new one. Nothing works.

Also, on the Xbox One other accounts show the email address when you hover over them in the sign in screen, but mine doesn't even though it is still associated with my email. Does this have something to do with it?

Hardware wise, it can't be done to link an xbox one to the 360. However, if the game you want to play is backwards compatible, it could link up to the 360 game in the 360 through Xbox live. Offline and without Xbox live, it won't work.

It's important to note if you don't live in an xbox live region or using an xbox region you don't live in for English content it won't work for 360 content as they are region locked

When you try and download your profile on the 360 what does it say?

Your credentials are incorrect? in other words your password is incorrect?

Is it giving you any sort of error message?

Have you ever played online with that profile on the 360?

The 360s did not require you to have a MS account like the Ones do and you could have a local profile. If this is the case for your account then you would not be able to put your current MS account on that profile on the 360 you can put another one on there

Update, have tried hard reset, uninstalling all 360 games, removing gamer profile, and now even reverting to factory settings but nothing is working. Xbox one works just fine but 360 games won't connect to internet or xbox live.

Well that's the issue

What you did was wrong

YOUR account region MUST Match your actual region along with your console region this is with any Xbox 360 games even under bc on xbox one

So if you don't live in an xbox live region it won't work

And changing your console region to an region you don't live in won't work

You need the season.pass for mappacks

Region independence is only an xbox one feature but does.not apply to.the xbox.360 and older games
