xbox 360 licence transferred content on xbox one

hi i hope some one can help me,

i have brought a xbox one and i wanted to know if there is a way i can re download the content that i licence transferred from my brothers xbox 360 to my xbox 360

i have already checked and the games i want are on the backward compatible list just cant seem to find them or re download them anywhere or re transfer the licence if needed

HELP!!! Licence Transfer Problem

If I remember right you can do all that on the Xbox website in your account. And just queue it all up .

On your computer

To see your purchase history, go to Account Purchase History and sign in with your Windows Live ID (email and password).
Browse your purchase history. If you want to download something again, click Add to queue. This adds the item to your console’s download queue.
Turn on your console and connect to Xbox LIVE. The items will begin downloading.
Note Downloading previously purchased content to a different Xbox 360 console does not transfer the content's licence. If you want to use content without signing in to Xbox LIVE, you must transfer the content licence to the console. For information on how to transfer licences, see Can’t play content after console was repaired or replaced.

Yes, you can transfer content licences from one console to another once every four months.

If your console was recently repaired or if you’ve purchased a new console, use the licence transfer option on your console to transfer content licences. Here’s how:

1.On your console, sign in to Xbox LIVE using the gamertag that you used to purchase the content.

2.Go to Settings and select Account.

3.Go to Your Billing Options and select Licence Transfer.

4.Follow the instructions to transfer the content licences.

After the licences have been transferred, you need to download the content again to update the local licences. Then the content can be used by other profiles on your console and when you’re not connected to Xbox LIVE.

Hi, you can't license transfer from xbox 360 to xbox one. Make sure you are logged in on the xbox one with the same account that purchased the games, and the games will show in the ready to install list in my games and apps.

Who bought the games, you/your account or your brother's? You won't be able to download games that his account bought, only your own purchases.

You wont be able to share any content form the Xbox 360 with the Xbox One anyways. I'm sure in time the Xbox One will have its own licence transfer tool for transferring content to another Xbox One, but not an Xbox 360.

It may be to do with content licences. Have you signed in to Xbox LIVE on your new 360 since transferring your content yet? You will need to sign in to Xbox LIVE to associate your content to your new 360.

If this doesn't work, you can try and run a Licence Transfer by following these steps:
