    So I have L4D2 and the sacrifice dlc but when I go to download it it says it doesn’t need to be downloaded but I can install or uninstall, please help

    I’ve called Microsoft and they said this was a issue through their system and that they had to fix it

    I'm on it. As per checking, the DLC isn't free. I would like to clarify, do you own the DLC?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I would like to clarify, are you trying to install the DLC on Xbox 360, Xbox One, or Xbox Series X|S console?

    This is to validate what steps we need to perform.

    Ok I’m having the same issue. Apparently my reply is gone all of a sudden?? Here’s pics that I own the darn add on and it’s saying it won’t work. Plus the issue it displays on console. Series X is mine.
