Xbox 360 Kinect Can’t Move Enough

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Can you let us know exactly what's going on with the Kinect? Are you trying to play a game with it, or use a different function? Are you getting error code C005120A? If so, check out this link here : **Error

Even if the error code is a bit different, I would still try out the steps in the link. They seem to match your description
*"The Kinect Sensor can't move enough"

the xbox 360 Kinect sensor a bit outdated now i would suggest try unplugging the Kinect or moving it somewhere else

Well, you more than likely won't be able to play the games for Kinect. Unless you have a big room that gives you a lot of space to move forward, backward, and both sides. I have a desk setup similar to you and I just use my Kinect for Netflix. My room's
not big enough for me to move side to side. However, you can always move your Xbox and Kinect around.

You were able to use your real face as a gamerpic on the Xbox 360 provided you also had the Xbox Live Vision camera (an accessory that was basically the Kinect before the Kinect was a thing). Strangely enough though, you can't use the Kinect to do the same
thing... :|
