The only way to connect to the internet is through a modem. My advice would be to take the console to a family member/friend/neighbour house to connect it to their modem

The only other option is via an offline update but you will still need access to a PC or laptop that has internet access:

Is the console telling you it needs updating? I only ask as the last 360 console update was over 3 years ago (November 2019)

Is that just for one game? If so thats a bloody good deal you usually have to trade 2 in to get a new game at that price.
