You don't contact the repair facility, you put in a repair order here on the website with your console's serial number and they get everything ready for you including a prepaid repair label right on the website:

I would say that they may not repair xbox 360s anymore but I would just be assuming. You can try.

I'm from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. But I suppose the process is the same.

Moreover, during the previous repair, the support agent able to schedule a pick-up to my location to the Delhi service center.

bowski477, who cares about smartglass apps? This problem is an engineering / development limitation or mutation, that MS hasn't done a thing about since XBone's release. You shouldn't have to have an app for XBone activity to show up on xbox.com. And
since the support team's probably located in New Delhi, they probably haven't been able to see anything to fix -- I don't think the XBone's even made it to that country.

The warranty of my Xbox is expired and on contacting service center, they do not provide support for out of warranty products.

Online on amazon, original brick is not available and in Delhi too at Microsoft retail shop, it is not there.

Is there any way so that I can buy a new brick here in India.
