привет, так получилось что у меня 2 xbox и два эккаунта

Привет у меня есть xbox 360 и xbox one.Xbox360 подключается к xboxlive А вот xbox one нет пишет что услуга не доступна в этом регионе это нормально или нет

Здравствуйте , такая проблема, у меня есть две разные учётные записи на xbox one и на xbox 360 , и когда я перенёс свой аккаунт с xbox 360 на xbox one я привязал его к той же почте что и на xbox one , тем самым я не могу зайти на свой профиль , на котором(игры,деньги,друзья
и.т.д.) и восстановить с помощью почты мне не дают , а вот телефон у меня сменился , в итоге мне известен ник игрока , почта(мэйл) на которую привязан аккаунт и больше нечего , как мне вернуть нужный мне аккаунт?
