Discus and support xbox 360 i can't reset the pass code for the family and can't setup the media center in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; please is there anyone that can help me I'm 65 and this thing was given 2 me.     please is there anyone that can help me I'm 65 and this thing was given 2 me. I've been on hold for over 1 hour trying to get help. I don't know why but I can't reset the family pass code even when I use the reset that's on line that LT RT XY then LLDX nothing also when I try 2 setup for the network all see is that i need to use another password/ account

    If you're attempting to set up windows media center, feature was discontinued many years ago.

    You may have the reset instructions incorrect. As far as I know the correct instructions are as follows

    settings > system settings > console settings > system info, and then LT>RT>X>Y>LB>RB

    You should instead look into Plex which is a similar product to media center. I'm not 100% sure the Xbox 360 is still supported, but I know it's supported on Xbox one and series systems

    You need to set up your own account on the system, and delete any existing accounts that are on there. That belongs to the previous owners

    That's not what the old discontinued Media Center did.

    Media centre allowed an Xbox 360 to connect to a PC running Windows XP Media Center Edition to stream music and video files directly from the PC to the console. It has nothing to do with gaming.

    Game Pass isn't supported on the Xbox 360. You can sign in with an Xbox Game Pass subscription and play online with Xbox 360 games that are still supported, but you can't download any Game Pass games.
