    Xbox 360 hard reset and is now stuck on setup screen


    So I wanted to play GTA V on my Xbox 360 so I put in the install disc before turning on the TV like I usually do and I turned on the TV and went to the home menu and saw that the Xbox wasn't reading the disc so I turned it off and on but instead of going to the home menu, it went to the setup screen when you turn on your Xbox 360 for the first ever time. I continued the setup while thinking that it was just a little glitch, so when I did everything I pressed on go play but, now it just says applying settings and going back to that go play screen so I don't know what to do! HELP.

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. I want you not to worry about the situation because I am here to help you out! I believe your console might need either a network reset or just a system refresh. I would like you to go through the following steps to perform a quick power cycle on your console:.

    Turn off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

    Green loading screen stuck

    Same issue here as well. Looking for a fix. Xbox stuck on green loading screen after turning black while updating. Had to hard reset, now it will not work.
