Hi, habe fR x box 360 mittlerweile 30 Euro am Guthaben gekauft , wenn ich Internet reingehe steht Spanien 10 Euro, Österreich 20 euros, wenn ich auf Xbox 360 drinnen bin, steht 10 euros. Könnt sich jemand aus?

Ich kann nicht mit mein microsof guthaben von der xbox den gamepass bezahlen warum geht das nicht?????????????? solltemich an microsoft service wenden.

Bugatti gekauft credits abgezogen bugatti nicht erhalten und Guthaben ist auch weg

ich hab den bugatti gekauft mit Gutscheinen die ich zuvor mit Xbox Guthaben gekauft habe . Mein Guthaben würde abgezogen dann kam eine Fehler Meldung Spiel startete neu dann würden die Gutscheine abgezogen und der bugatti ist leider nicht da.

It sounds like you have a couple billing accounts open. In order to use all of the currency you have, you'll want to first spend the 10€ on the Spanish Xbox 360 store. Once you do that, you'll want to
migrate your Xbox Live account to the next region so you can spend that currency. You won't be able to migrate your account until you spend the 10€ that's currently there so be sure to do
that first.

Once you've done that, we highly recommend keeping your console and account regions matching your current locations to prevent further confusion. Let us know if you have any further questions.

du kannst beide Guthaben Arten aus dem Rewards Programm für die XBOX verwenden. Microsoft Guthaben kannst du genauso gut für digitale XBOX Spiel Einkäufe auf der XBOX nutzen wie das XBOX Guthaben selbst auch.

You can use both credit types from the Rewards program for the XBOX. You can use Microsoft Credit just as easily for digital XBOX game purchases on the XBOX as the XBOX Credit itself.

Komisch das man im One Store ganz normal einkaufen kann mit dem Guthaben du aber mit dem Guthabrn auf der 360 nichts kaufen kannst. Erschließt sich mir nicht ganz. Hast du msl hefragt was der Grund dafür ist? Weil Guthaben ist doch Guthaben und da ist es
egal wie du es erworben hast.

Wenn gar nichts geht probier mal ob du dir nen Film dafür kaufen kannst.

Der Support konnte mir leider nur bestätigen, dass Guthaben nicht für den Kauf von Xbox 360 Spielen genutzt werden kann.

Sehr unbefriedigend meiner Meinung nach. Wäre das wenigstens irgendwo ersichtlich. Aber so ist das ganze schon sehr ärgerlich.

What are you trying to but it with? Credit card? Microsoft credits? Are you on the 360 or Xbox one? If on the Xbox one you can't use Microsoft credit to buy 360 games.
