Xbox 360 guide

All the troubleshooting steps I've done are unplugging it for a while and plugging it back in because I can't do anything with the console on. Yes the Xbox worked just fine before it happened I was playing a game and I went to go turn wifi on I typed in the password and clicked connect when I did that a new guide screen popped up blank and now everytime on start up the console opens up the blank white guide screen

So far, from the details you provided, you can try the following steps and let us know the result. You can just skip those you have done already.

Power Cycle the console:

To power cycle your console if it's frozen: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller for 10 seconds. Then press the Xbox button on the console or on your controller to turn your console back on.

To disconnect and reconnect your console: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller for 10 seconds, and then unplug the console's power cable and wait 10 seconds. Plug the power cable back in, and then press the Xbox button on the front of your console to turn it back on.

Yes I've been desperately trying to leave it unplugged and try it again but the guide pops up blank upon starting up and going to the avatars
