    xBox 360 games that don’t work on xBox One


    So, back in 2018 I purchased the original Watch Dogs and it’s season pass on xBox 360. Loved the game, but forgot about it once I finished it. About a week ago I decided to play it again, remembered that I owned it, and started looking through my library on my xBox One. Nothing to be found. I search through the store. I get asked to purchase a new copy. Finally, I call xBox support and basically get told that I can’t have the thing that I proved I purchased cause it’s the xBox 369 version, but that I can buy the new version optimized for xBox One… at full price. $32.99 for the complete edition of a game I already own, all because my version isn’t backwards compatible. At the end of the day I just wanna know if there’s any way I can have my game, or get a code for the new version, or if I really am just stuck having to buy it again if I really wanted it.

    Backwards compatibility requires reprogramming the game to work on Xbox One, since this was not done for Watch Dogs, you will need to play it on a 360, or purchase the X1 version, which is frequently on sale and has been games with gold i believe

    There are no accessories for Xbox 360 that work with Xbox one. If you mean controller, they don’t work,

    Any sort of case or carrying accessory. If you literally mean a handle, would be designed to fit that form factor and not Xbox one.

    There is an Xbox one compatible remake of the Xbox 360 controller coming
