Xbox 360 Games not showing on my account

When I go to my account and check the games, only Xbox One games are showing up. It says no games found for Xbox 360. Prior to redeeming the latest 360 games with gold, I had a few games associated with my account from games with gold. How do I get all those
games back?

Missing Info After Hard Drive Transfer

I recently picked up the Halo 4 Edition Xbox 360 and a data transfer cable to move my info from my old xbox 360 Elite to my new one. All went well with the exception that my girlfriends saves for her games are not showing up. They are not on the old xbox
and are not on the new one. When she logs into her account all of the arcade games that I have purchased are only showing up as the trial demo version. When I log into my account they are the full version. She does not have an Xbox live account if that is
of any help.

What if it doesn't? I am logged in, but the xbox 360 games are not showing up as downloadable from my account (greyed out). I own an xbox live account. I can download the xbox one title from my computer, but not the xbox 360. Either it is free or it
is not.
