    Xbox 360 Games not showing on my account


    When I go to my account and check the games, only Xbox One games are showing up. It says no games found for Xbox 360. Prior to redeeming the latest 360 games with gold, I had a few games associated with my account from games with gold. How do I get all those
    games back?

    Missing Info After Hard Drive Transfer

    I recently picked up the Halo 4 Edition Xbox 360 and a data transfer cable to move my info from my old xbox 360 Elite to my new one. All went well with the exception that my girlfriends saves for her games are not showing up. They are not on the old xbox
    and are not on the new one. When she logs into her account all of the arcade games that I have purchased are only showing up as the trial demo version. When I log into my account they are the full version. She does not have an Xbox live account if that is

    Backward compatible game

    Hi there, I just removed and added my account and it is still not showing. I have only ever had one Microsoft account and the game shows on both my download history and purchase history on my Xbox 360, I currently have it installed on my 360. I am UK region
    and the game is available on the Xbox One store.

    That shouldn't matter, I have a gold subscription and therefore should be able to use my account on both devices. My gamer tag on the 360 shows no subscription but does show one on the Xbox one. As stated above, my wife's account shows the gold subscription
    active on the 360 as we share devices, which it should.

    So the question remains, why is all of a sudden my account won't work on the 360?
