Xbox 360 games not allowing me to use a account

I have tried playing many Xbox 360 games on my Xbox one but despite there being a account for my xbox one to my xbox 360 account it will not let me use that account. i have tried redownloading the game as it says to 4 times and nothing has changed. it
only allows me to use a temporary profile.

Try to delete the account and download the data again.

Keep in mind that many of the Xbox 360 games are not yet backward compatible for xb one, you should check if the game you are trying to play is backward compatible with Xbox One, if you have them in digital format go to your games library on Xbox One and
there You will find the games that are backwards compatible ready to download, or you can also search the complete list of backwards compatible games from xb 360 to xb one current on the web.

Hello Christian, this can be tricky sometimes so I hope this helps you! If it's asking you to sign in to your Xbox 360 account, (same as xbox one account) you may need to create and use an "App password". The steps on how to do that can be found here:
