Xbox 360 games no longer working?

Hi I’ve been trying to run some Xbox 360 games recently mainly LEGO Indiana Jones but every time I play I get a message saying “disconnected from Xbox live” as well as the Xbox 360 profile window not even showing up to redownload profiles I recently changed my gamer tag idk if this has anything to do with it I also know as of writing this Xbox is having tech issues mainly with storefront stuff but again idk if that would affect me playing please help

The Xbox Console Companion app does not work with the Xbox 360, it only works with the Xbox One. If you are using the Xbox 360 smartglass app, that is no longer supported and no longer works with the Xbox 360.

Thw 360 emulator may sometimes run into some issues whenever the GT is changed.

Let´s try clearing the 360 cache first

Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage.

On the Manage storage devices screen, select:

Clear local Xbox 360 storage. This deletes Xbox 360 games saved locally, but they’ll remain in the cloud.

I guess you are playing on Xbox One, right ?

If so you really have to redownload your profile after a Gt change !

To open the Xbox 360 menue on the XB1 you have to push the View and the Start button at the same time.

Too Human had worked for well over a decade, so I hope you're correct. Other than Microsoft (Microsoft Game Studios for both titles, I think), I don't know who to contact to ascertain current server functions.
