Xbox 360 Games Library cover art missing

Ok, since we have 2 similar topics up, but no solution to the topic in question, I am making this post in the hopes this gets addressed.

So, around the last update on 360, most of the games in my library lost their cover art image and instead displays the generic gray background with a gray controller on it. This applies for all of my Xbox Original games and Xbox Live Arcade games, which
includes games that have 1000 gamerscore, but are still classified as such, like all the Telltale games and digital only games like the Legend of Korra. Even affects Mighty No. 9 for some reason despite having a retail release. Anyway, the Xbox Original games
haven't had cover art for years, which I got used to and accepted since I only have 4 of them, but now over half of my library has no cover art and it seems to be a direct result of the last update.

Any help on this problem would be greatly appreciated, I do hope this isn't just ignored since it is on the previous generation of console. I have an Xbox One, but I love playing games on my 360 as well, so it is super disheartening to see that others are
having the same issue and there has been no real effort to address this problem at all.

Thumbnails from game library missing

I'm also having this issue. First it started with some games showing the generic xbox live covert art with green swirl while other games' art loads up fine. Clearing the system cache may it somewhat worse as now instead of the generic cover art, I get
the missing art icon on some games but not others. Also after clearing system cache, the missing cover art is on different games than before where as it used to have cover art. I don't think its related to delisted games because the games showing missing
cover art are still being sold such as ducktales:remastered and castle crashers.

 

Game cover art offline!

Who do we have to talk to to get an update for the Xbox 360 to display cover art offline. It is really annoying and unattractive to see the art missing while disconnected from live.If PSP can do it so can 360

 

Any solutions or is there somewhere else I can inform the team of this bug?

 

I have been having this same issue for over one month

 

It doesn't look like this is going to get resolved here, maybe I will contact Xbox directly and see if that has better results, but I am not expecting anything to get fixed at this point.
