    xbox 360 games incorrectly downloading and menu images missing


    When, I redownloaded Conker's bad fur day, grabbed by the ghoulies, crash bandicoot wrath of cortex and blinx the time sweeper. The games cant start up.

    I've tried cleaning system / xbox 360 hhd drive cache, formatted the drives, deleted my cloud data. But nothing will fix the games to load.

    I did notice they downloaded with no menu art. Which, games with box art on the menu load perfectly fine. All RareWare games need menu theme to fix a issue related to missing files. I tried redownloading Conkers bad furday 20 times today. Although the game downloads. There missing files that I'm not getting when redownloading the games.

    I have a suspicion that games without menu art may be missing splash screen data which needs fixed in order to work.

    Xbox 360 saved games on Xbox one.

    If you push the View and Menu buttons (Select and Start) on the controller while in a 360 game then the old 360 menu will come up instead of the Xbox One menu. There may be more information there.
    That is where i got the information i stated above. If you view the 360 game in my games and apps and try to view saved data, theres nothing there. Only thing that shows up is reserved space. Im confused as to way xbox one doesnt have a menu to view and
    manage 360 game saves. Only way to do it currently is to load up a 360 game and even then there are parts of the 360 dashboard missing that connect with the 360 game saves (Like the download menu) where the upload status for the saves should be.

    Annoying Problem Please Help [Lords & Kingdoms Cover Art Replacing Art For Multiple Games]

    The issue with the Kingdoms and Lords icon showing up for multiple games incorrectly seems to be fixed by simply clearing the cache on the XBox 360 hard drive and rebooting the XBox 360.

    The issue with Game Art missing is still not resolved and is supposedly being "looked into". Since the missing game art is an issue on the XBox Live server end we can only wait for a solution there. Currently I only have a few games without Icons showing
    up and a couple of those arcade games have been like that for a while now.

    Hi, Max,

    are you able to start a 360 game ? If yes start a 360 game and press the "view" and "menue" buttons (the 2 below the Xbox button) at the same time to open the 360 menue. Now download your profile anew.

    After the download restart the console and try again to play the game.

    I can say that when I contacted support, they had me do this and it had no effect. All the delisted xbla games had cover art before the 2018 update, but now they don't have any at all. It was supposed to be in the works to have a fix ready, but I haven't
    gotten an email about this like the agents promised me once they said they would when the issue was resolved.
