Xbox 360 game's gamer score missing?

Hello,

all of the gamerscore I gained from my xbox 360 games has been erased. I not sure when this happened, but I had over 110000G and now all I have is the gamerscore I gained from the xbox one games. I hope you can help. I had gone online with the xbox
360 and the gamerscore had been that high for a few years.

I noticed a few months after getting the xbox one that my gamer score was zero on all of my 155 or so xbox 360 games. I worked very hard to get all the achievements in those games. I logged into
www.xbox.com to check my online profile and it was the same as on the xbox one.

So basically there was no point to flaunting the game's review score when everyone knows that it will receive good scores.

 

why isnt splintercell for free with games with gold

nether of the xbox 360 game's are showing up on the console either it's only showing the xbox one game's in the games with gold

 

Looks to me like you've had a Gamerscore reset for modded achievements.

You can log in here
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo & ask for a case review & see any enforcement action on your account although for some reason Gamerscore resets don't always show on there.

 

I just looked at what you recommended and the results are below. I am confused as to why would I got a suspension for my xbox 360, I haven't logged on to my xbox 360 in around a year and a half well before the suspension. I also have never had a
time when I was suspended from playing online on my xbox one. Never mind the fact that I am told modifying server side things is impossible unless I hack the servers and I do not have the skill, want, nor time to do so.

Do you know how long the suspension would last/lasted?

You modded your gamersscore & it's only recently been reported & investigated which is why you have been suspended.

All your 360 achievements have been reset & you will not be able to re earn those achievements on that account.

Typically you get a week long suspension when you are caught with a modded Gamerscore.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account.

Only your 360 achievements were reset because it isn't possible to mod them on the xbox one

 

Happened to me, too. Don't know how you would modify your Gamerscore, but I want it back. I've been working on my Gamerscore since Halo 3 came out, and there's no one who can fix it? Microsoft just lost a customer.
